One of the biggest controversies in the rock music industry this year is Spencer Elden's lawsuit against Nirvana, who was portrayed as a baby on the cover of the band's 1991 album "Nevermind". However, this is not the first time the band has encountered this situation.

Throughout the history of music, there are actually many album art lawsuits against bands, but in order to keep things related to the Nirvana and Elden cases, we focus on lawsuits people filed against the band, or models, and they actually appeared on the cover.

Perhaps one of the most famous examples is the Rolling Stones' 1978 album Some Girls, which marked their transition to disco and funk rock. At first, in addition to the band members, there were some very famous faces on the cover. The women and their families sued Stones, who eventually decided to release a different version of the cover, with only the faces of musicians.

"There were old-fashioned movie stars in the original album, but because we were stupid and never got their permission, we were banned from using them," Mick Jagger told Yahoo later! Artwork.

In this case, the band did not actually ask for permission to use the image, as did the other people on our list. However, Eldon's situation is unique because his parents agreed to the band's use of his photos on Nevermind because he was just a baby during the filming.

However, he has been celebrating album covers in recent years, so many people frowned when news broke that he now claims that this photo is child pornography. Especially because, as Dave Grohl pointed out, he has a Nevermind tattoo.
