"I've been bullied for a choice I made as a parent. You people don't know me!" 

Every new mum has felt judged at some point in their parenting journey, whether it’s their decision to bottle feed, how they choose to settle their baby or even how quickly they return to work.

But a woman has copped so much criticism for admitting to a controversial act while breastfeeding, that she’s been forced to close her Facebook mums group.

New mum Macy started the group for parents of babies born around a similar time as her little one in April 2022, so they could share advice.

But when one mum posted about feeling uncomfortable having sex when her newborn is in the same room, Macy responded and admitted she and her partner take things one step further.

“I don't think it's weird. We have sex next to baby often - often while I’m breastfeeding. We side lay nurse,” she admitted.

“He is a baby and doesn’t know what’s going on. It’s always from behind and baby is in front of me.”

Needless to say, other Facebook members reacted strongly to Macy’s admission.

“Why would you just not wait until you’ve finished feeding your baby,” one member asked. “How are you enjoying yourself while feeding your baby. Weird.”

Another agreed: “Having sex when your child is on you feeding is f***ing weird. I think you and your partner need to wait until the child is fed.”

The reaction was so strong, Macy was forced to respond and warn group members about judging other parents, according to Cafe Mom. 

"This is a non-judgmental group. If you make a post judging others, you will be removed. There is no place for drama here. Try me,” she said.

However, eventually Macy had no choice but to follow through on her threat. 

"I was bullied for choices I make as a parent. Bullying is not okay. Ever,” she insisted.

"Because of people not being able to control themselves, the group will be paused until further notice.”

However, the story continued to spiral out of control, with many going as far as accusing the mum of paedophilia believing she was involving her non-consenting child in a sex act. Macy even revealed, "people have been calling police on me".

“I love this group, but this has truly went too far,” Macy wrote before deleting the group altogether.

“I am a cancer survivor. I shouldn’t have been able to have kids after but a baby after cancer was my one true want. I had Marcel and he is everything. My comment before was taken out of context. You people don’t know me.”
