Smyths Toys has recalled Baby Clementoni Blooming Flower Senses Rattle due to the potential choking hazard.

The manufacturer has determined that the white decoration on the front of the toy may come off.

Due to the danger this may bring, Smyths Toys has issued a product recall.

The rattle will go on sale in June 2020.

If you have a rattle, please read on to find out what you should do with a rattle.

It is important to stop using the rattle immediately.

Smyths Toys has asked you to return the rattle to your local Smyths Toys Superstore for a full refund. You can find the store closest to you through their Store Finder.

They also ask you to provide a screenshot or a copy of the receipt.

If you no longer have a copy of the receipt and pay by card, the bank statement is sufficient as proof of purchase.

If Smyths Toys is unable to refund because you paid in cash and no longer have a receipt, you should contact the product manufacturer Clementoni directly.

For the manufacturer, it shouldn't matter whether you have proof of purchase. As long as you own the product, the manufacturer should arrange to retrieve, replace or repair it.
