Winter and changes in temperature and light make everyone feel uneasy.

But for babies, this can disrupt the good sleep they might have been practicing for months.

Every parent knows that good sleep habits are the key to you and your baby.

If you find that your baby is disturbed by changes in the weather, you can take some measures.

Sleep consultant Lisa Lewis (Lisa Lewis) revealed her important secret to soothing babies to sleep.

She told TheDozyOwl: "These are my mantras for getting babies to sleep every night.

"5 B is a'sleep reminder' that can help babies start remembering what needs to happen at night.

"Strict routine procedures will help them relax and relax."

Try not to let your baby take a bath until the end of the day.

After taking a hot bath, their body temperature will begin to drop, which will promote fatigue and deeper sleep.

Once your baby gets used to their daily routine, this first step will indicate that it is time to relax, which helps in the following steps.

Once your baby is in the bedroom, ideally they will stay there to help them understand that this is now their place to spend the night.

Make their room a relaxing, quiet and dark space to avoid any irritation before going to bed.

In the colder months, the temperature of the bedroom is the key.

A room that is too hot will prevent the child's core body temperature from falling asleep, while a room that is too cold may act as a stimulant and counteract the effect of a warm bath.

Babies/children are never too small for books...

Hearing the soothing voices of their primary caregiver will make your baby feel safe and calm, and arouse sleep.

If they keep the same bedtime, babies will usually disappear gradually as you read.

Whether you are feeding with a bottle or breastfeeding, try to maintain a comfortable sitting position when feeding to prevent you from dragging your feet and disturbing their sleep.

This is another lovely peaceful time of their day.

Drinking a hot drink before bed not only makes your baby sleepy, it also prevents them from waking up hungry at night.

Ideally, when your baby is sleepy instead of deep sleep, always put them on the bed or crib.

This will prevent them from being frightened and teach them to resolve themselves.

We have also revealed before that we should pay attention to the "wake-up window", which can help your child enter a good mode.

This will ensure that you get into daily work and means that they will not feel tired or over-tired.

It is much easier for both of you to have them nap or go to bed at the end of the wake-up window.

If they are 3-6 weeks old, then it may be a very small wakeful period, starting from the time they last woke up, the nap time is between 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes.

For children 6-12 weeks old, it will be at 1 hour 30 minutes-1 hour 45 hours, and at 12-16 weeks-1 hour 45-2 hours.

When they are 5 months old, they can extend it to 2 hours and 15 minutes, while 6-12 months old can extend it to 2 hours and 30 minutes.
