LITTLE People, Big World alumnus Audrey Roloff continued to share the special moments of her recently born baby Radley, and recently released a video of the moment she welcomed her son to the world.

In the dark video posted to Instagram Stories, Audrey can be heard yelling in pain, repeatedly yelling: "Oh baby, oh baby" at the climax of childbirth.

Suddenly, husband Jeremy Rolov can be heard discovering the baby's gender: "It's a boy!"

Audrey responded heartily: "I love you, baby."

Last week, the 30-year-old woman and 31-year-old Jeremy welcomed her third child, and have been very frank about her emotional struggles before and after pregnancy.

Just a few days after she was born, Audrey admitted that she was "injured" and "cries bitterly."

Audrey did not leave details of her experience for her fans, and continued: "My birth experience is so beautiful, calm and full of power. I was greatly encouraged by the first few days after giving birth."

However, Audrey said that on the third day after delivery, her pain became the most severe.

Now the mother of three children posted a photo of her nose with redness and swelling, and she looked exhausted while lying on the bed.

She continued her long post to remind fans that there are more things to give birth to besides cute baby photos: "This is what you can barely see on the other side of the screen.

"An overflowing postpartum bedside table, a very tired, injured, and recovering mother. When she fainted for the newborn baby, tears of joy and tears of pain, because she had too many painful places."

Audrey commented that she thinks that people are not talking about it publicly enough.

She wants to remind other mothers that if "your body feels broken", they are not alone.

The shared video brought to life her previous post, in which the former reality TV star posted intimate photos of herself giving birth in the bathtub.

In one photo, the author appears to be holding her son while sitting in the bathtub.

Audrey accompanied the post: "Can't wait to share his birth story with you."

In another photo, Audrey and Radley are sitting in the bathtub, and Jeremy holds her hand. The two smiled at the camera.

She captioned the post: "The picture was taken right away, and Jell shouted,'This is a boy!"

Audrey and Jeremy have shared three children, Ember and one-year-old Bode.

Baby Radley entered the world on November 8. The proud mother shared a series of family photos and wrote the post: "This is a boy!!! Welcome to this world, Radley Knight Roloff.

"Born at 6:32 on November 21, weighing 9.1 pounds and 21.5 inches, he was born wild! I can't wait to share his birth story with you as soon as possible.

"We thank God for answering so many specific prayers about this work and delivery.

"The word I have been praying for this birth is'harmony'. This is indeed one of the most harmonious experiences."
